First deposit bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to qualify for this bonus.

- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms
- Bonuses cannot be transferred directly to another account
- It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time

Dispute resolution

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person
- Registration with false or incomplete information
- Using an account on behalf of a minor
- Accessing another person's account without permission
- Bonus fraud or manipulation
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
- Hacking or cyber attacks against the platform
- Harassment or abuse toward other players
- Use of bots or automated software
- Operating a betting syndicate through a third party
8. Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Account Closure
